Why Steroid Needle Selection is important?

For most steroids you can use anywhere between 21 gauge – 23 gauge with needles between 1 inch – 1.5inches

The lower the gauge the more painful it will be.

Remember to always mix up spots when you’re injecting as to not build up scar tissue, and rotate your injection spots on your body (quad, glute, shoulder, bi) this is especially important for regular steroid users.
